Incridible place, very very cozy hotel, suberb decoration and confort, magnific place and village! the restaurant very close to a 2 or 3 stars michelin, personal perfect, really one of the best places we stay.
Nothing, all is perfect and the owners very charming with us, congratulations!

We had a truly amazing experience at this place. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the room décor was impeccable, with a lit fireplace and a glass of Port wine waiting for us upon arrival. The peacefulness of the surroundings allowed us to truly relax and unwind. We also had the opportunity to take a romantic night walk guided by the owner, under the magical full moon. The stories shared during the walk were captivating and added to the unique experience. The clear sky filled with stars gave us a sense of wonder and allowed us to dream.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

We were happy to chill out and relax, Sophia did try very hard to make our stay enjoyable and many thanks to her. All the staff were very nice
we were the only guests staying on the first night and the restaurant was not open, the nearest restaurant open was 27 k. Sophia managed to put together a dinner. The isolation of the hotel was quite a shock to us. Also the Douro boat trip was only on Saturdays from Casas DO Coro.

The hotel had lovely facilities with a great location in the center of the village and a stunning open garden area near the fortress that I enjoyed. The staff was accommodating and breakfast was delightful. Parking and transportation were easily accessible, making my stay cozy and comfortable.
Absolutely nothing.

We stayed at this historical hotel during Christmas and loved the unique architecture and elegant decoration. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside and the charming nearby town. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any request we had.
The lack of dining options was a bit disappointing, especially during the holiday season. We had to improvise and bring our own food and drinks, which wasn't ideal.

The location was great being close to the fortress area with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Our room was cozy with a nice bathroom and clean facilities. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent, especially the freshly pressed orange juice.
The overall atmosphere of the village was quite spooky and a bit unsettling.

The room was nicely decorated and the beautiful pool was a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh juices and fruits. From the hotel, it was easy to explore the nearby castle and village.
The lighting at night was poor and it was challenging to navigate around the hotel. while the hotel had some positives, the lack of amenities made for a subpar experience.
